Stop publish does not disable the publicly shared file

Bug Description
1. Right-click on a file and choose to publish it via Ubuntu One
2. Right-click, copy URL, paste in browser and download file
3. Right-click on the file and choose to stop publishing via Ubuntu One
4. Paste URL in browser and can still download the file... publish is not disabled

following the steps in the Bug Description I was able to reproduce this issue. I am running the nightlies PPA. on Lucid 2.6.32-17-generic.
ubuntuone-client 1.1.4+r465- 0ubuntu2~ ppa1~lucid
### log attached is marked where i chose to publish and un-publish the file.###
