Ubuntu one worked before i changed my gnome for fluxbox, when I did that, I changed some the configuration for the best use for ubuntu one, then I decided to try it with the packages of jaunty and didn't work, so I reinstalled the karmic packages and it the same, before of that Ubuntu One could syncronize a bit, but not for a long time and now, from gnome can't syncronize either, then I decided to execute the applet from terminal and this is the result:

joser93@joser93-desktop:~$ ubuntuone-client-
ubuntuone-client-applet ubuntuone-client-preferences

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Can you try the following and let me know the results?
1. Quit the Ubuntu One client. From the applet select Quit. Then open a Terminal (Applications > Accessories > Terminal) and run the following to quit the syncdaemon.

u1sdtool -q

2. Delete the old metadata. In a Terminal run.

rm -rf ~/.local/share/ubuntuone

3. Start Ubuntu One as you normally would Applications > Internet > Ubuntu One

You should be connected after you follow these steps. If you are not connected, can you please attach your Ubuntu One logs to this bug report? Please zip your $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder and attach the zip here.?

Thanks in advance!

I am sorry to hear that you are still unable to sync. From looking at your logs I see that the initial metadata error has now been resolved. Can you please also attach ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf

I believe the "Failure: twisted.internet.error.ConnectionLost:" error you are experiencing *may* be related to bug 455544 which occurs when the bandwidth preferences are set too low (or to the defaults).

Thank you for attaching the requested log file. Please quit Ubuntu One & edit the contents of ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf to show:

[bandwidth_throttling]
read_limit = 2097152
write_limit = 2097152
on = False

Save the file & reboot.
You should now connect & be able to sync correctly.

If that does not resolve your issue, please follow the instructions outlined at https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+faq/778 to completely remove and reinstall the Ubuntu One client.

Thanks in advance!
