Bug Description
Binary package hint: cups
When printing a .pdf from document viewer, there is no way to print all even pages without listing them all out in the 'pages to print' section. This feature would be useful to allow manual double sided printing.

This is not a problem of CUPS, CUPS has an appropriate option ("page-set=even", "page-set=odd"). It is a problem of the printing dialog which does not show any user interface to set this option.
Moving to gtk+2.0, as this package contains the printing dialog used by the Document Viewer.
