Ubuntuone-client sets permissions incorrectly in /home

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

I had the U1 client installed on this system previously. I had to uninstall/reinstall due to another issue. After the install the permissons on ~/.cache/ubuntuone and ~/.config/ubuntuone were owned by root:root
