When a profile page is "gone", it should show the reason

Bug Description
I recently noticed that a member in the ~surl team was disabled:

The profile page says:
"Page gone
There’s no page with this address in Launchpad.
If this is blocking your work, let us know by sending an message to <email address hidden>. Otherwise, complain to the maintainers of the page that linked here."
It should also show the reason as to why that page is gone. A log or comment box explaining the situation would be great!

This is low because there is only 1 reason for a profile to be gone: account suspension for misbehaviour.
