In the spainsh locale uses by ubuntu it don't put "acentos"

Binary package hint: ktouch
Sorry for don't traducce the word "acentos" put i don't know the word in english (I'm spanish).
The bug apear in this program in the level 4º of the training. I supose that it is becouse ubuntu uses Unicode 8 (es_ES.UTF-8). I think that perhaps, one of the new versións (1.53 or 1.60) solve it, but i'm not sure.
The mayor problem i see is that at this moment ktouch is the
only GUI program for typing traing that open source have as i know. So, in theory (i really don't know it) that bug affect to Ubuntu, Kubuntu and the more importan Edubuntu.
