Bug Description

In a SMP machine the applet let you configure which CPU is going to be monitored. But after changing it, the "hint" didn't show the change, showing the information for the first selected CPU.
If the applet is unloaded, the changes made on the CPU item, are also lost.

Thank you. Is there anybody with a SMP machine to confirm that wanting to take the issue upstream?

I know that this bug is just a little detail, but will it be on edgy?

edgy is frozen, if the bug is still happening that's not likely to change before edgy

I can confirm this is happening with the Edgy RC Live CD. I have a Toshiba Portege M500 (T2300 chipset 1.66GHz Core Duo). It's fine on the Dapper installtion on that laptop.

I'll try the release later although the version hasn't changed.
