Crash when validating mountpoints

Bug Description

After setting the mountpoints and clicking next, I got the following error:

KeyError: '/dev/sda12'

I'll attach a my partition table and a screenshot of the mountpoints I selected.

Well, I got a different error message this time.
The error occured at sda9, I don't know why

I didn't truncate the syslog and the other logfiles, because they didn't contain any information that smeemed unusual to me.

This is bug 55328, and it's fixed in ubiquity 1.0.17 (dapper-updates) and ubiquity 1.1.8 (edgy). Thanks for reporting this.
