Bug Description

Hi,
There is a difference about this file in ubuntu and in debian.
This file is needed by the package usplash to work, but while in debian it's packaged in the usplash package ( http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?searchmode=filelist&word=usplash&version=unstable&arch=amd64 ) in ubuntu it's in the lsb-base package.
This file should be in the usplash package like in debian because only usplash needs it. I downloaded the version of that file that is in usplash package in debian and the one in ls-base in ubuntu and made a diff:

vincenzo@skyHome:~$ diff -Naru Desktop/lsb-base-logging.sh-debian Desktop/lsb-base-logging.sh-ubuntu
vincenzo@skyHome:~$

So they are exaclty the same.

this /etc/lsb-base-logging.sh can be used by also other bootsplash programs, this is why i'm asking to change the package of that file.

thanks

This does more than just deal with usplash, it supplies the Ubuntu "theme" and also silences messages on the console if "quiet" is on the kernel command-line
