Bug Description

Binary package hint: dbconfig-common

My system lost knowledge of the USB mouse and keyboard and finally hung on the dbconfig-common install while upgrading to 10.4. I was forced to reboot the system and even though I did a partial upgrade and it seemed to work, it appears that the dbconfig-common didn't install correctly.
