I tried to install the packages ssh and openssh-server and get this error:
package openssh-server 1:5.3p1-3ubuntu3 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2

Is this a re-install? It failed because there is no /etc/ssh directory.
