Bug Description
Full name: ATI Technologies, Inc. Radeon Xpress 200M (RS480)
This is partically an Ubuntu issue, but IMO the option to install it shouldn't be shown if it can't actually do so. The problem is the driver from the repository (xorg-driver-fglrx) doesn't work on the card for whatever reason.

Oh, it may help to note that installing it via EasyUbuntu simply installs the driver package and doesn't update xorg.conf accordingly, but that's sort of a separate issue. I ran "sudo aticonfig --initial" and "sudo aticonfig --overlay-type=Xv" manually afterward.
