Can't confirm. In up to date (german) setup (10.04; 2.6.32-23-generic; GNOME_2.30.2; Help_2.30.0) both sites are shown correctly (see screenshot).
Bug-status set to "incomplete" - we need to know which language-setups are affected. Which was your language setup, abdul latiff hashim?

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. This bug did not have a package associated with it, which is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper developers. You can learn more about finding the right package at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. I have classified this bug as a bug in "ubuntu-docs".
For future reference you might be interested to know that a lot of applications have bug reporting functionality built in to them. I am using the English version, and I still can confirm it with Lucid, Yelp 2.30.0, all updates installed.

Hello Carlos de Avillez,

sorry for choosing the wrong package :-( . I asked for help in
#ubuntu-bugs (http://logs.ubuntu-eu.org/freenode/2010/07/07/%
23ubuntu-bugs.html) but as no one answered i chose to show bravery and
set the package. Thank you for correcting a newbie! I've done my best -
unfortunately it wasn't enough :-(.

Interesting, seems like a rendering problem in yelp (the help browser)
and I have had something similar happen because I was using a different
language before. For the time being you can see all the help docs here
[1] until we fix the issue :) Also for all the people experiencing this
problem, just as prelimenary do:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
