Please sync giggle 0.5-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu delta included only output from autogen.sh no real patches.
This release also fixes LP: #560609

  * New upstream release

its due to gcc 4.5 I think :) adding a check on libebook header file will make the package build :)
