Please sync gaphor 0.8.1-4 from Debian Sid (main)

Please sync gaphor 0.8.1-4 from Debian Sid (main). Ubuntu changes were:

 * Addition of a .desktop and icon.

Overwriting Ubuntu changes is OK, as they are now incorporated in the Debian package:
