Can you please also determine what package it is. I see Kernel in title
grub as the source package and update-manager in the details

The error is
/etc/default/grub: 11: menuentry: not found

Which means that you changed something in /etc/default/grub that makes it an invalid shell script. Please correct this error or restore this file to its original state. I'm closing this report because it's not a bug with Ubuntu.
