Bug Description
in mrp module for v5:
there seems to be dead (unused code) in mrp.py related to bom revisions.
for example: mrp_bom.set_indices function is defined but never used.
the revision_type field is also never used.

Hi David,
For stable,we have removed the dead function by revision 2787 <email address hidden>, but we cannot take a risk of removing the column.
For trunk, function and field as well have been removed.
