Please sync sabayon 2.30.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Newer version in unstable includes Ubuntu changes already.

  * New upstream development release.
  * debian/control:
    - Add gnome-doc-utils, python-gtk2-dev and rarian-compat to B-D.
    - Depend on pessulus, upstream no longer ship embedded copy of it.
  * debian/copyright:
    - Adjust copyright holders.
  * debian/manpages:
    - Install upstream manpages.
  * debian/post{inst,rm}:
    - Invoke adduser to create a system user/group (Closes: #487966).
    - Move profiles to new locations.
  * debian/patches/02_manpages.patch:
    - Fix errors in manpages.

I found some differences. Can we drop them?

* Change postinst to user adduser instead of useradd (by Scott Balneaves).
  (Fixes Live CD bug where sabayon would have the same UID as the live user)
* Different Build-Depends: Ubuntu depends on libxml-parser-perl; Debian depends on intltool (>= 0.40.0)
* Different Depends: Ubuntu depends on python-gnome2 (>= 2.6.0); Debian depends on python-gobject (>= 2.15.0), python-gconf, python-glade2

1) This has been fixed with the following:
  * debian/post{inst,rm}:
    - Invoke adduser to create a system user/group (Closes: #487966).
2) I don't know why xml-parser-dev has been included in B-D, it's not needed.
3) python-gnome2 is not required, python-gconf and the other Python dependencies are indeed needed.

The blacklist was to prevent sabayon from being removed from Ubuntu, since it had been removed in Debian but was still maintained in Ubuntu. Now that it's back in Debian, I've dropped it from the blacklist - thanks!
