Bug Description
Using KDE 4.5 RC1 and Kopete 1.0.80, when I right-click on the system tray icon the menu will flicker for a bit before stabilising so that it can be seen and used.

There has been a update to libdbusmenu-qt package seems to have solved this problem,please upgrade and report back :)
