Improve the timeline animation (i.e. smooth snapping)

Bug Description

When snapping is enabled, the clips and transitions should animate to the correct position, instead of just jumping. This will help the user see where the clip or transition is moving to, and how it's being adjusted. This also creates a smoother and better presentation of the timeline.

The animation also is used when a clip is dragged off center, and then must snap back to the middle of the track. I really like the feeling of the animation, and I hope everyone else likes it as well. =)

I also added in a "remove clip" and "remove transition" animation, so the clip shrinks to nothing and then is removed. The animations are all 200 milliseconds, at near 60 frames / sec. So, they are fast and smooth, and do not slow the user down any. They do however add a level of sophistication to the timeline that was missing before. =)
