Description of failure: QPF/Processing Error

"populationschedu0802unix was moved from 02p to V due to qpf processing error. After one hour has elapsed from the submission of this bug, please have the microfilm lead direct the repair-operator to: have qpf rebuilt, delete the images in the item's frames folder and move the corrected item into D:/Images of microfilm01p. The microfilm lead should then inform you when this has been completed. You may then update this bug with a confirmation."

"populationschedu0713unix has been moved from 08p to V due to operator error (qpf has not yet been created). Please have the qpf created and the item moved D:\Images of microfilm01p. Confirm here once completed."
