Bug Description

Binary package hint: backuppc

For a multiuser setup with a kerberos authentication it would be really nice to
have a way of giving access to those users to their personnal backups.

So user "paul" would have access to /home/paul for example.

I couldn't find a bugtracker for the upstream of backuppc so I'm putting it here.

I'm marking this wishlist and 'incomplete'. As I understand the request, you're hoping for new function in the backupppc project. Ubuntu isn't likely to add such function on its own.

Please bring up this feature request with the upstream. It seems you should be able to do so via the mailing lists described at https://sourceforge.net/projects/backuppc/support . It seems the -users mailing list at https://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_name=backuppc-users is fairly active.

Thank you for taking the time to open a bug.
