Bug Description

System->preferences->keyboard shortcut

This application fails to assing the "run a terminal" command for any special key on my keyboard.

Steps to reproduze :

1. Set the "run a terminal" for a special key. In this case, I'm using the 0xe8 key.
2. Set the others special keys (0xe6, 0xe5, 0xec 0xb2 0xe7, etc...)
3. Note that pressing the 0xe8 key does nothing, while the other keys work

I've also done this, to ensure the bug is really a bug:
1. assing 0xe8 key to another function
2. assing another key, that was working, to the "run a terminal" function
3. now, the 0xe8 works, while the other key assigned to "run a terminal" does nothing.

I've also tried to assing a shotcut like alt+t to launch the terminal, and it worked.

dmesg says nothing related to keyboard.
