Bug Description

I have the option /apps/nautilus/preferences/desktop_is_home_dir set to true - Previously (in dapper), setting this meant that the 'Desktop' entry wouldn't appear in GTK file dialogs (as is correct, the directory doesn't exist and if it did, isn't my desktop anyway). Currently, the 'Desktrop' entry will always appear. As it doesn't exist, there is no icon next to its entry and selecting it results in an error dialog (saying that the uri doesn't exist).

Would be nice if old behaviour was maintained so that this entry doesn't appear when /apps/nautilus/preferences/desktop_is_home_dir is set.

hmm, actually, this isn't true, it only seems to be the file-selection widget used in gnome-screenshot that ignores this setting.
