Bug Description

Binary package hint: plasma-netbook

1) The release of Ubuntu you are using
Kubuntu 10.04 LTS, netbook remix
2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy packagename' or by checking in Synaptic.
plasma-netbook 4:4.4.2-0ubuntu14
More specifically, the issue is with the "search and launch" interface in plasma netbook.
3) What you expected to happen
I would expect this type of menu to respond to single clicks, whether or not "Double click to open files and folders (select icons on first click)" is selected in the mouse settings. Given that you cannot select these icons, and that it appears to be meant as a full-screen analog to the "kickoff" menu, I would expect them to always respond to single clicks.
4) What happened instead
When "Double click to open files and folders (select icons on first click)" was selected in the mouse options, the search and launch interface responded only to double clicks, including on the "back" button next to the search box.
If nothing else, the back button needs to be fixed so that it does not have to be double-clicked.
