Bug Description

Reproduce the problem:

- enter foo folder
- any folder/file created here won't update emblem to green tick even if it has been sync'ed up to the cloud

I can confirm this behavior.
mkdir ~/Ubuntu\ One/foo It synced and received the green check emblem.
Then
cd ~/Ubuntu\ One/foo
and
mkdir ~/Ubuntu\ One/foo/foo This folder will not receive the green check emblem.

The expected behavior is that all folders when synced regardless of how deep in the directory structure will receive the green check emblem.
