Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-session

after the fade the colors of the background are distorted. its clearly visible with the default edgy wallpaper. However the fade of gksu preserves the colors and just darkens the background like it should.

I'm using Edgy 20060917.
I confirm this using the "Ubuntu Lagoon" wallpaper.
