I've seem the log, it seems your ubuntu is still beta? The line: InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04 "Lucid Lynx" - Beta i386 (20100406.1)

Have you upgrade to the latest version of Ubuntu?

I work with full upgrade ubuntu. (10.04+all update package)
