Please sync python-cogent 1.4.1-1 (universe) from Debian sid (non-free)

The license allows the use only for non-commercial projects, which
is somewhat unfortunate. There will be more packages coming to help
with next generation sequencing and the analysis of microbiota
that depend on this rather well-known (in the field) library.

All changelog entries:

python-cogent (1.4.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Initial release (Closes: #587161)

Well, I don't really know what to do about it. The problem probably is
the specification of "2.5+" as a python dependency. For the very moment
to me this sounds more like a Ubuntu problem, but I happily learn more
about it all.

Thanks
