Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

Changing another user's UID in the users-admin GUI had no effect.
After changing UID and closing, `getent passwd username' still shows original UID.
Reopening "Users and Groups" confirms UID unchanged.

Changes from the CLI worked as expected.
