When hitting continue testing option the Live Session logs out

Binary package hint: ubiquity
There are a number of things I do when installation is complete. The most important to me is to relabel the partitions used for the install.
When I hit the "continue testing" option the live session logged out. It did bring up the gdm login screen very fast, hitting enter did bring me back to the Ove session desktop.
This is the rebuilt 10.10 ISO for amd64.

Not reproducible by me
hit continue, it don't log off and i'm still able to use the Live session.
