Try to run file-roller from a terminal. What error messages do you get? If it is crashing, please take a look at .http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash and provide a backtrace with debug symbols. Thanks in advance.

Many Thanks,,first to try run file-roller from a terminal I've reinstalled nautilus 2.14.3 from synaptic and at moment all rework perfectly.
