Searching for a number in Advanced Search should really search

Bug Description

I can understand that typing "9771" in the Simple search input box takes you straight to bug #9771, but if you really genuinely want to perform a search for occurrences of the string "9771" in the context you're in, that should be possible, and going to Advanced search seems like an obvious place for that behavior.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Look at bugs in a particular package, e.g. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dpkg
2. Enter a number in the search box. Click search. Get taken straight to bug # (the number you entered)
3. Shrug, hit the Back button in your browser, click Advanced search, and try again

What happens:
Identical to 2. above

What I expected to happen:
A search result listing with all dpkg bug reports which contain the number I entered as a string somewhere in them
