Bug Description
Binary package hint: software-center
software-center version 2.1.3
To reproduce:
1. Open Software Center.
2. In the main category screen, click on one of the apps in the "Featured" (or "What's New") panels.
3. Click on the "File" menu item and observe that neither the "Install" or the "Remove" menu item is activated.
Expected result: The item matching the state of the button in the app details view should be active.
