Bug Description

Binary package hint: kompozer

KompoZer has an annoying tendency to steal focus whenever the mouse moves over the <body> button (very easy to do when KompoZer is maximized and the taskbar is used to switch windows, as the button fills the entire bottom of the KompoZer window). Does not happen when the other window is clicked on directly to switch to it, in which case KompoZer only highlights the taskbar. All other window switching methods (taskbar, alt-tab, super-tab, super-w) cause the theft of focus.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start KompoZer.
2. switch to another window using any switching method other than clicking on it directly.
3. Move the mouse over KompoZer's <body> button.

What should happen:
Nothing.

What happens instead:
KompoZer leaps to the forefront.
