Top search category in "To:" button should be "Any Category"

Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

When composing an email and and contacts are looked up..
to be useful, the top entry in 'Category' should be 'Any Category'.

At the moment, this section box, just displays the first item on the list which is 'Anniversary' (sorted alphabetically).

This is with 'Edgy', evolution-2.8.0-0ubuntu3

The system (PowerPC, minimac) was upgraded from dapper.

Put "Any Category" string in the first item in the list and add translation wrapper for string Edit (965 bytes, text/plain)

This bug also appears in the evolution version of the Edgy final release ( 2.8.1-0ubuntu4). The bug is really not in evolution (but in the source package evolution-data-server-1.8.1. The binary package that is affected is libedataserverui1.2-8_1.8.1-0ubuntu3.

The string "Any Category" also lacks the wrapper function for translation.
I attach a patch that corrects these two errors.

For completion the .po files must be updated so the translators could translate the "Any Category" string.
