Bug Description
Hi,
hwpacks contain a FORMAT file, and hwpack-install should check this
and refuse to work on format values that it doesn't know about so that
we can make backwards-

feels like at least medium prio at least as this might impact our future work in a painful way from what i understand ;) ... at best we would get basic support of this added before the first final release.
