Bug Description
Debian packaging requires a copyright file that specifies the copyright holders and license of everything in the tree. The drizzle copyright file can be found in the debian packaging branch (lp:~drizzle-developers/drizzle/debian) in the file debian/copyright.
This file is currently not complete and may also contain invalid information
We need to go through the copyright notices of everything that is currently in the tree and build a comprehensive list of the copyright status of everything in the tree and then maintain that moving forward
Once the initial pass is done we should write a hudson job to scan the diffs on every trunk push and email us if the word copyright shows up.
