Inserting SVG images in the timeline fails with TypeError in _padBlockedCb()

Binary package hint: pitivi

I imported an .svg clip and then used my scroll wheel on my mouse to shrink the timeline. Then this error appeared. PiTiVi was still usable after this point however.

Attached the .svg in question.

Could reproduce error multiple times.
