maxdb-7.5.00-7.5.00.34 is lacking python2.5 support and cannot be currently installed on Feisty.

Package python-maxdb version 7.5.00.34-2build1 has an unmet dep:
 Depends: python (< 2.5)
 Depends: python2.4-maxdb

Broken on any post-dapper version; neither edgy nor current feisty are capable of running any version of MaxDB (the "official" MySQL.com builds also fail, but the bug report - http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=25087 - has not at all been dealt with so far).

Seems to have built in Gutsy. Is this worthy of an SRU? Is it even feasable?
