looks like a corrupted deb. No one else complained about that so it may be corrupted on your side.

I see you're using the daily builds, does it happen with today's build too?
Could you please remove /var/cache/apt/archives/chromium-browser* and update+upgrade again?

Also, i see the ChromiumPrefs error (from the apport hooks) complaining about root profile missing.
I hope you're not running chromium as root, are you?

I execute: sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/chromium-browser* and update
+upgrade again... That all OK. Thank's.
