Rhythmbox crash while adding podcast feed

Bug Description

I am running Edgy Eft with latest updates as of Oct. 14th. I had rhythmbox playing one of the pre-installed internet radio stations while simultaneously adding a podcast feed when it crashed. Firefox was the only other open program at the time. See attached crash report.

Did it only crash one time or does this happen always?

I just retraced my steps to reproduce it, and it indeed happened again. Adding a podcast feed while playing internet radio does seem to make rhythmbox crash.

I'll retrace it again with debug symbols installed and report back what's going on.

Could you also post the locations of the Radio Stream and the Podcast Feed?

My traceback file mentions rhythmbox segfaulted and contains multiple references to this function: rhythmdb_entry_get_string()

After a quick googling, i found this in the rhythmbox-devel mail archive: http://<email address hidden>/msg01939.html

Might this be a clue?

no need to specify the distribution version to the title, the information will be outdated when edgy+1 is opened, mentionning it to the description is enough
