Bug Description

The instances size defaults are not useful. In order to be a decent out of the box solution, they should be set to something reasonable.

This is referring to local_gb in instance sizes. Everything is currently getting 10 GB of local storage.

Sizes are specific to a particular deployment. Rackspace would use different values. But they should at least be reasonable for someone.

We should definitely push this to Austin. In the long term, this kind of data should live outside of code and be easy for implementors to modify on the fly.
