Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
Hy!
I had some simlar issue on lucid, but after I installed maverick, the issue gone away until now :(
When the screensaver activates, sometimes compiz crashes, and metacity starts as a fallback, with a sad side effect: all of my open windows moved to the first desktop (I usually use 8 desktops with 3-4 windows on each)

status: | Incomplete → New |
Maybe the bug is fixed for maverick. Anyway i can not reproduce it in maverick, it would be helpful if you could record a video of the process or at least try to determinate the conditions that made it crash, without more information we can not do much more. I mark it as incomplete.
Anyway thank you for taking the time to request this package and helping to make Ubuntu better
