Hmmmm, this is very odd, its a simple mimetype detection error, could you please try running:
gnomevfs-info /home/xiao-feng/test.doc
 and
file /home/xiao-feng/test.doc

and post the output?

I still haven't heard back, there is a very good chance this is a user-setup issue, not a beagle issue. Feel free to reopen/refile if it appears again.
