Make "Export" insensitive if nothing is selected

Bug Description
If there are no contacts selected the "Export to vCard" option should be made insensitive since the action cannot be completed.
Alternatively, instead of becoming insensitive, the string could be changed to "Export all to vCard" when there is nothing selected and it could be given this function.
