Bug Description
When installing packages Ubuntu thinks it is updates that will affect the system and therefore indicates that the system have to be rebooted. See picture.

The bug is due to the fact that /var/run is shared between the hosting system and the system being customized.
Added code to remaster-live-cd.sh to save/delete/restore the reboot flag files created during a customization run.
