Hello Gustavo, thank you for taking the time to file this bug report and help us make Ubuntu better.

This seems to be the cause of the problem:

Configurando pdns-recursor (3.1.7.2-1) ...

My spanish is rusty, but I believe that means that it could not lock /etc/passwd.

Can you try running

sudo dpkg-configure -a

And see if that completes this configuration step? If not, you may want to run

sudo fuser -v /etc/passwd

and see what process has /etc/passwd locked, and finish/kill that process, then try again.

Marking Invalid, as this appears to just be a temporary lock problem and not a bug.

Changed in bind9 (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
