Hello orlapa, thank you for taking the time to file this bug report and help us make Ubuntu better!

This appears to be a problem with your samba configurations in general.

Configurando winbind (2:3.4.7~dfsg-1ubuntu3.2) ...
 * Starting the Winbind daemon winbind
   ...fail!
invoke-rc.d: initscript winbind, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error al procesar winbind (--configure):
el subproceso script post-installation instalado devolvió el código de salida de error 1

This means that the new daemon failed to start. I also see in the DpkgTerminalLog.gz that nmbd fails to stop, meaning it is not running. I may be wrong here, but I believe nmbd is necessary for winbind.

You may want to check your log files for errors which would tell you why winbind is not starting. Then when you've corrected those, you can run

sudo dpkg-configure -a

which will finish configuring winbind and any others that need to run their post installation scripts.

Marking Invalid as this is a system configuration issue, not a bug.

Changed in samba (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid

No, nmbd is not strictly required for winbindd. But the fact that nmbd
fail to start is indeed symptomatic of a misconfiguration.
