Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu natty (development branch)
Release: 11.04

$ apt-cache policy unity

Running Ubuntu 11.04 alpha1 release on an Asus Eee PC 1000

I ran fireforx and that worked fine. Moved it to a difference virtual desktop by drag and drop, I clicked on the Ubuntu logo which brought up a nautilus window at /usr/share/applications and ran Pitivi, pinning it to the Unity launcher. Then as I was looking for open office I got a crash notification appearing in the Unity launcher, so clicked on it to generate this report.

There is a black square under the tomboy icon that flashes like it is launching an application when it is clicked on. I may have clicked this before the crash.

This bug looks like it conincides with a compiz crash/bug. Will try to
pinpoint reproducible way to show correlation.

My early investigation points to it being a bug in libdbusmenu because it frees a GtkAccelGroup object too early. I'm not sure yet, but that's the lead I have.

I agree..it's too early in the stage. I'll revisit after alpha 3 release..
